Are you a Master Industrial Engineer in electromechanics and a genius in organisation? As the Project Manager’s right-hand man, you manage our renewable and sustainable energy projects. From quotation, through purchase, to the drawing of implantation plans, you are an essential link. Over the years, you will develop more and more autonomy in your work, allowing you to advance to the position of Project Manager. There is always energy in the air at Omexom!
YOUR FUNCTION
- You will help realise our motto ‘achieving the energy transition’.
- You think along with the customers to optimally shape their energy projects.
- You prepare offers: Requesting prices from suppliers, drawing up bills of quantities, analysing the price requests
- You take care of the administrative and organisational tasks of the project
- You prepare the project communication (site meetings, additional work, orders, etc.)
- You organise the performance of smaller works
- You ensure project follow-up: budgets, ordered materials ifv the planning, subcontractors’ work, etc.
- You develop risk analyses, working methods and scheduling plans together with the Site Manager and Project Manager
- You ensure thorough analyses of the specifications
- You regularly go on site visits
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering in Electromechanics or Energy Technology
- You have an interest in innovation and working with new technologies.
- You systematically look for optimisation: technical solutions, purchases, etc.
- You enjoy being a co-pilot and receive instructions on planning and working methods
- You communicate easily and with everyone: with the site, the customer, subcontractors and colleagues
- Your bilingualism (NL-FR) is a big plus
- You are fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
